It has been roughly three months since the country was forced into lockdown due to Covid-19. My question is, does anyone actually know anything, or do we just say things that we think sound good? It has been a whirlwind of misinformation since this lockdown began. Originally it was said that this virus is extremely contagious and almost inevitable that everyone will get it. Well just the other day the CDC came out and said that the virus actually doesn’t spread from surface to surface easily. Do you know how many people were wiping down their groceries? If we don’t know the answers then why are we pretending that we do?
Covid-19 To Mask Or Not To Mask
The wearing of the mask has been the biggest confusion in my opinion. It was originally stated that unless you have an N95 mask, it will do no good. Then report came out that we should be wearing any type of face covering possible. That includes dust masks, bandanas, literally anything will help. Wrong. Dr. Anthony Fauci said in an interview that there is no reason to be walking around with a mask, but is seen days later standing behind the president with a mask. So which one is it, mask or no mask? I have received many dirty looks in whole foods for not wearing one.
That’s not to say I haven’t been taking this seriously, because I have. I need sports to come back in the fall, I would quarantine in a closet for a month straight if you told me football would come back. I just want to know, does anyone actually know anything?
